About

Hey, I’m Noelle! Welcome to H3art of the Home.

The kitchen has always been the heart of our home. It is where the good stuff happens, the flour on your shirt, the smell of something incredible coming out of the oven, and the kind of love that shows up in what you feed the people you care about. The 3 in H3art is for my three boys, and since I am almost always found in the kitchen, I am the H3art of ours.

My love of baking started in a junior high home economics class. I took to it so well that my teacher suggested I make it a career. I did not take the traditional route, but the kitchen never let me go. I became a stay at home mom, picked up canning, and then sourdough found me. My middle son has a gluten sensitivity, and I wanted to create baked goods and bread my whole family could enjoy and that he could eat without issue. That search led me to long fermented sourdough, and I never looked back.

I am a self taught baker based in Pennsylvania. I have spent years mastering sourdough, working through batches of croissants, and developing recipes that have reached millions of people across social media. Whether it is a pull-apart focaccia that takes over your weekend or a sandwich bread that sneaks in extra protein, my recipes are built for real kitchens with real ingredients.

While sourdough is my foundation, you will also find enriched breads, pull-apart focaccias, cookies, and seasonal recipes in between. Whether you are just getting started with sourdough or simply looking for your next favorite bake, there is something here for you.

So glad you are here. Pull up a seat. Let’s make your kitchen the heart of your home!
